Job Requirements
- One year of related work experience or equivalent lower-level housekeeper position
- Willingness to operate cleaning buffer equipment
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
- Must pass pre-employment background check including criminal, driver’s history, and work verification
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to maintain physical fitness standards
- Willingness to comply with safety and operational regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Significant experience in housekeeping or janitorial processes
- Experience with cleaning chemicals and safety data sheets
- Ability to operate janitorial equipment such as buffers
- Two or more years of experience in janitorial or housekeeping role preferred
- Valid State of Georgia driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, classrooms, restrooms and common areas
- Operate cleaning equipment including buffer (stripper)
- Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and materials
- Adhere to safety protocols in handling cleaning chemicals
- Ensure cleanliness standards are met across multiple buildings
- Work with minimal supervision to complete assigned tasks
- Support the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment
