Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- prior experience in assisted or supportive living environment preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow safety protocols related to chemical handling and cleanliness
- compassionate and respectful demeanor
- willingness to engage with residents and staff
- commitment to ongoing learning and development
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- prior assisted/supportive living experience preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- must demonstrate the ability to serve with love compassion and dignity
Job Duties
- maintains clean resident apartments and common areas fostering a welcoming environment
- adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
- engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love compassion and dignity are reflected in every interaction
- participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars staff meetings and other learning experiences
