Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in assisted/supportive living environments preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to safety and chemical handling protocols
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development

- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred
- Prior assisted/supportive living experience preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas fostering a welcoming environment
- Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members
- Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love compassion and dignity are reflected in every interaction
- Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars staff meetings and other learning experiences
