Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
at least one year of custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
ability to read labels, instructions and follow procedures
strong organizational skills
ability to work independently and in a team
excellent customer service skills
physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks

Job Qualifications

ability to work independently with minimal supervision

ability to be well organized and flexible

Job Duties

obtains list of vacant units and move-outs that need to be cleaned immediately in order to prepare work assignments
responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all housekeeping supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safe work practices
cleans and maintains entry lobby, including cleaning of windows, doors, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, etc. on a daily basis, with more frequent cleaning as necessary to maintain excellent entrance appeal
conducts general cleaning of walls, windows, tables, etc. throughout the building(s) on a daily basis
cleans laundry room(s), community room(s), conference room(s) and management offices on a daily basis
vacuums hallways, sweeps and cleans parking lot each daily
cleans community bathrooms daily, more often, if necessary, to maintain sanitary conditions
cleans stairways and elevators on a regularly scheduled basis
