Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required, entry level position with on-the-job training
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- perform daily cleaning of resident apartments
- clean common areas and other assigned areas
- use cleaning equipment such as microfiber mops, small wringers, dusters, and household vacuum cleaners
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned spaces
- adhere to company safety and sanitation standards
- report maintenance issues or hazards
- contribute to a safe and pleasant living environment
