Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or hospitality preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and floor care methods is highly desirable
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to keep spaces spotless
- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment safely while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution
- Support team efforts during busy periods by assisting with additional cleaning or organizational tasks
