Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Meticulously cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms with precision, adhering to high standards and procedures
  • Keeping linen cart impeccably organized, fully stocked, and ready to go
  • Reporting any room maintenance needs such as door locks, fixtures, TVs, or HVAC systems
  • Safeguarding all equipment, keys, and supplies entrusted
  • Promptly reporting any lost-and-found items to supervisor
  • Responding to guest requests with a warm and timely approach
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas
