- prior housekeeping experience preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

- prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare or residential settings
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking and lifting
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- ability to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways and common spaces
- restock supplies such as paper products and soap regularly
- foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors and staff
- scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust and disinfect various surfaces
- report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- adhere to facility hygiene and safety policies
- assist in managing cleaning equipment and materials
