Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- provide housekeeping services such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping in resident apartments
- engage with residents to enhance their daily experience
- keep communal areas clean by removing trash, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- restock housekeeping supplies in apartments
- maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the community
- report maintenance or safety issues promptly
- follow company policies and safety regulations
