Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry household items and cleaning equipment
- Availability to work full-time hours
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with residents and team members
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols and food handling guidelines
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Effective communication in English with employees and residents
- Knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- Ability to retain multiple orders simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills
Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community as a whole and individual resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas
- Clean and defrost refrigerators and check heating system filters in resident apartments
- Change bed linens and ensure adequate linen supplies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks with special attention to carpets, windows, and light fixtures
- Launder linens by washing and drying using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures strictly
- Greet residents and guests, take meal orders, serve meals and beverages, clear and sanitize tables
- Assist with storage of perishable items and deliver trays to resident rooms if needed
- Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
- Perform other duties as assigned
