Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
willingness to engage warmly with residents
reliability and attention to detail
ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Positive attitude and love working with people
housekeeping or janitorial experience or willingness to learn
cleanliness and organization come naturally

Job Duties

Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, engage with residents to brighten their day, clean shared community spaces by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
