Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Strong background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Experience with floor care techniques and equipment is beneficial
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices is a plus
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and team members
- Familiarity with custodial management practices is advantageous
Job Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms common areas and restrooms
- Dust polish and sanitize surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Vacuum sweep and mop floors to ensure they are clean and presentable
- Change linens and make beds according to established standards
- Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning materials as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required
