Job Qualifications

- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other items regularly
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness standards consistently throughout assigned areas
- Report any maintenance or safety issues observed during cleaning
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies while performing duties
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and thorough cleaning
