Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
  • Ability to follow clock-in/out procedures for breaks
  • Provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
  • Must be physically able to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
  • Ability to work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
  • Must understand and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Must communicate effectively and show hospitality

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
  • Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Desire to serve guests with excellent hospitality
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to handle pace and pressure of a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
  • Work together with team members for great guest satisfaction scores
  • Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
  • Have strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
  • Support all groups and events at the hotel
  • Understand and use relevant technology for the role
  • Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
  • Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
  • Pitch in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
  • Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
  • Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
  • Prepare and stock work cart with room supplies daily
  • Attend morning meetings
  • Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
  • Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned including deep cleaning and public areas
  • Wear a clean, approved uniform and nametag and maintain grooming standards
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
  • Show a can-do attitude and willingness to help beyond traditional role
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive workplace and guest environment
