Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to arrive and clock in on time for every shift
- Ability to follow clock-in/out procedures for breaks
- Provide sufficient notice for call outs as directed by supervisor
- Must be physically able to perform tasks including stooping, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crawling, standing, walking, repetitive motions, and lifting
- Ability to work well under stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must understand and follow guidelines and procedures
- Must communicate effectively and show hospitality
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve guests with excellent hospitality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to handle pace and pressure of a busy environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use guests' names whenever possible to make them feel welcomed
- Work together with team members for great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Have strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and use relevant technology for the role
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using the approved greeting
- Keep all workspaces clean and well-organized
- Pitch in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests with a smile while cleaning
- Complete operational checklists accurately and on time every shift
- Prepare and stock work cart with room supplies daily
- Attend morning meetings
- Thoroughly clean and restock assigned guest rooms per shift
- Perform additional cleaning projects as assigned including deep cleaning and public areas
- Wear a clean, approved uniform and nametag and maintain grooming standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Show a can-do attitude and willingness to help beyond traditional role
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive workplace and guest environment
