Job Requirements
- Availability to pick up shifts as needed
- Ability to work approximately 16 hours per week
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties such as sweeping mopping and lifting
- Ability to follow directions and company policies
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Willingness to report maintenance issues
- Basic understanding of safety and sanitation practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and trustworthy with a professional attitude
Job Duties
- Cleans resident apartment homes including dusting vacuuming sweeping scrubbing mopping waxing disinfecting washing windows
- Empties trash waste and other disposable materials and transports to disposal area
- Assists care staff with cleaning lobby restrooms hallways elevators stairwells and common spaces
- Reports needed repairs to Executive Director and maintenance specialist
- Maintains safe and sanitary environment for residents and their families
- Adheres to company policies and procedures for cleaning and safety
- Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors
