Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- dependable with strong work ethic

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is advantageous
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- compassionate attitude toward elderly and disabled individuals
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Job Duties
- clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other essential items
- engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- maintain organization and cleanliness in assigned work areas
- work cooperatively with team members to manage daily housekeeping tasks
- adhere to facility safety and sanitation standards
- report maintenance issues or potential hazards promptly
