Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to communicate effectively in english
previous experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting and bending
availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures

Job Qualifications

high school graduate
vocational school training in housekeeping or related field
english literacy for effective communication
familiarity with housekeeping operations on guest floors
flexibility to work mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
understanding of chemical application and room tidiness

Job Duties

clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
dispose of trash and recyclables
respond promptly to guest requests to ensure satisfaction
maintain cleanliness standards to contribute to overall guest experience
