Job Requirements

- Previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and food safety practices
- Ability to retain up to four orders at a time
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy

Job Duties
- Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments
- Clean and maintain areas such as entryways, common areas, dining rooms, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
- Change bed linens, empty waste baskets, and maintain linen supplies in each apartment
- Perform deep cleaning including carpets, windows, railings, pictures, and light fixtures
- Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
- Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
- Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals, take orders, and assist with food service tasks
- Clear and sanitize dining tables after meals
- Complete side work including replenishing supplies and cleaning coffeemaker
- Assist with storage of perishable items
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
