Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect surfaces
- Restock paper products, soap, and other essential supplies regularly
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness in a safe and efficient manner
- Report any maintenance or safety issues found during cleaning
- Follow cleaning protocols and safety standards
