Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to two years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to work independently
- positive and proactive attitude
- commitment to excellent customer service
- physical stamina to walk and stand for entire shifts
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- assist with laundry and public area cleaning as needed
