- at least one year of housekeeping experience in an affordable housing environment

Job Duties
- cleaning of halls, common areas, and vacant units including floors, walls, doors, bathrooms, grounds, stairwells, windows, and appliances as instructed
- develop property cleaning schedule with supervisor for adequate coverage of buildings and grounds
- maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supply inventory
- maintain cleaning equipment in working order
- post notices as needed
- work with maintenance and community manager for scheduling of vacant unit cleaning
- decorate for holidays including hanging of decorations
- assist in community meetings, holiday functions and special resident requests as needed
