Job Requirements

At least 1-year experience in the housekeeping field
able to work 40 hours per week including weekends as circumstances warrant
knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of cleaning chemicals and tools
physically capable of bending, climbing stairs and ladders, pushing or pulling, reaching above shoulders, lifting and carrying 1-20 lbs
vision and hearing must be clear
able to communicate clearly with supervisors
occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, paint fumes, solvents, adhesives

Job Qualifications

At least 1-year experience in the housekeeping field
skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning fluids and tools
excellent listening and communicative skills
able to follow written instructions and safety procedures
physically able to perform job tasks including bending, climbing, lifting up to 20 lbs, and standing for long periods
clear vision and hearing to read labels and communicate effectively

Job Duties

Cleans the office, clubroom, restrooms, laundry facilities, and other common areas on a daily basis
cleans and maintains models daily and reports any problems to the Maintenance Director
cleans all vacant apartments as directed by the Community Director, Assistant Community Director, and Maintenance Director
trashes out units and removes all perishable items within 24 hours of move out
keeps all vacancies fresh and odorless
informs Community Director, Assistant Community Director, or Maintenance Director of supply needs
understands and practices safety procedures relating to job task, hazardous chemicals, and other work-related dangers
