Job Requirements
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during work shifts
- Ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during the workday
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
- Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to excellent customer service
- High school education equivalent or higher
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through attentive service
- Perform various hotel cleaning tasks according to established standards
- Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- Deliver friendly and courteous service with a Service Plus 1 attitude
- Collaborate with the team to uphold a positive work atmosphere
