Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- availability to work weekends as weekends are busiest
- flexible scheduling
- positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- collaborate with team members to uphold hospitality standards
