- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous housekeeping experience preferred
- knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection control practices
- strong attention to detail and reliability
- positive attitude and customer service mindset
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to pass background check and drug screening

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices
- perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting
- follow infection control and safety protocols
- maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition
- report maintenance or repair needs promptly
- assist with laundry services as needed
- provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests
- maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
