Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
  • ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • physical ability to perform lifting and sustained movement required

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain hotel appearance
  • deliver guest requests promptly and courteously
  • stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
  • ensure compliance with safety and company policies
  • maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards
  • operate independently to address cleaning and maintenance needs
  • maintain professional uniform and appearance
