The Housekeeper role at Asset Living is a vital position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. This full-time position is pivotal in delivering a positive resident experience by ensuring all living spaces and community areas meet high standards of cleanliness and readiness before new residents move in. The Housekeeper works under the supervision of the Community Manager and is tasked with regular daily attendance, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. Specific duties include cleaning and trash removal in residential zones and outdoor grounds, preparing vacant units to ensure seamless move-ins, and maintaining offices and amenities in pristine condition. The role requires responding promptly to resident and management requests, following company policies and procedures closely, and reporting any community violations to management. In addition, the Housekeeper engages with residents professionally, exemplifying excellent customer service to uphold the property’s reputation and foster a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. Physically, the job demands stamina and the ability to perform tasks involving lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions. - High School Diploma or equivalent
- ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
- basic computer skills required
- must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

Job Duties
- Community housekeeping
- regular/daily onsite attendance is required
- responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas including make-ready units and common areas
- responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
- responsible for cleaning and upkeep daily of community’s offices and amenities
- respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
- report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
