Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions
  • basic computer skills required
  • must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements

  • basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements
  • preferred Bachelor’s degree or one year’s experience in the housing industry

Job Duties

  • Community housekeeping
  • regular/daily onsite attendance is required
  • responsible for general cleaning and trash removal of grounds and residential areas including make-ready units and common areas
  • responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in
  • responsible for cleaning and upkeep daily of community’s offices and amenities
  • respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas buildings and units in a timely manner
  • report any observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager
