Job Requirements

minimum of 2 years of high school education
no previous cleaning experience required
ability to walk and stand for entire shift
capability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend as needed
ability to intermittently lift 25 to 35 pounds during work
capacity to follow verbal and written instructions
availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays if required

Job Duties

maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse teams and guests
perform various hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean per established standards
visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
deliver friendly and courteous service with a service plus one attitude
help keep public areas clean and assist with laundry when needed
