Job Duties
- Enter and prepare rooms for cleaning
- Dust rooms and furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors
- Clean bathrooms, removing soil and soap build-up
- Replenish guestroom and bath supplies in correct amounts and locations
- Clean closets and door tracts in check-out rooms
- Remove dirty bed linen and make beds with clean linens
- Perform rotation cleaning duties such as steam-clean carpets and spring cleaning
- Perform minor maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs and filters
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly
- Maintain positive guest relations
- Familiarize with resort services, features, and local attractions
- Attend to and resolve guest calls, requests, and complaints
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
- Authorize entry into guestrooms as required
- Follow standard operating procedures
- Achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores
- Assist team members as needed
- Update status of cleaned rooms
- Return and restock cleaning carts
- Perform all other assigned duties
