- high school diploma or equivalent
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings evenings weekends and public holidays
- ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintaining rooms
- basic literacy in English
- no prior work experience necessary but preferred
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- good communication skills

- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- promptly respond to guest requests to enhance guest experience
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
