Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in housekeeping preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols
- good physical stamina for standing and moving during shifts
- excellent communication skills in English
- attention to detail and reliability
Job Qualifications
- a high school graduate
- attended a vocational school to enhance housekeeping skills
- basic proficiency in English for communication
- familiarity with standard housekeeping operations on guest floors
- flexible approach to working hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of chemical application and room tidiness standards
Job Duties
- clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
- change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
- perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
- stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
- dispose of trash and recyclables
- respond promptly to guest requests to enhance guest experience
- ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and safety standards
