Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
attention to detail and strong organizational skills
good communication skills
ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards

Job Qualifications

high school graduate
vocational school attendance preferred
basic English literacy for communication
familiarity with typical housekeeping operations
flexibility in work scheduling
knowledge of chemical application and room tidiness

Job Duties

clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
dispose of trash and recyclables
respond promptly to guest requests
ensure guest rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness and presentation standards
