Job Requirements
- completion of at least two years of high school education or equivalent
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to walk and stand for entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend
- ability to occasionally lift 25 to 35 pounds
- availability to work weekends including Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for guests and diverse team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain guest room cleanliness according to set standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment for all team members and guests
