- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of proper chemical usage and safety procedures
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- perform scheduled housekeeping and laundry tasks
- clean residents' rooms, living areas, furniture, fixtures, vents, lavatories, and basins
- use proper chemicals, tools, and equipment for cleaning
- dust-mop and wet-mop floors
- strip, seal, wax, and buff floors as necessary
- empty trash containers and replace liners
- dispose of trash in proper receptacles
- understand, comply with, and promote residents' rights
