Job Requirements
- Equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- no previous cleaning experience required
- ability to walk and stand for the entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily tasks
- capability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently during a shift
- flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
- willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness

Job Duties
- Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse guests and team members
- perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to set standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service Plus 1 attitude
- contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times
