Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to housekeeping
- Willingness to comply with safety and health protocols
- Availability to work full-time shifts Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years or older, per Title 22 requirements
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and undergo training
- Ability to work full time on assigned schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including making beds, cleaning resident rooms and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and returning resident clothing and linens, while maintaining proper sorting and tracking
- Support overall cleanliness of the community by handling trash disposal, organizing supply rooms, and assisting with special cleaning tasks such as window washing and floor care
- Support safety protocols, emergency plans, and elopement prevention practices
- Foster a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents, families, and team members
