Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
- able to reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
- able to pass background and drug screening as required by company policy
- commitment to upholding company standards and guest satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- strong attention to detail
- friendly and professional demeanor
Job Duties
- Clean the entirety of villas including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms according to standards
- complete assigned rooms and tasks within the scheduled shift
- replace guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items according to standards
- report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor, or Front Desk
- fill the Housekeeping cart/caddy with necessary supplies and return it to the designated area at the end of the shift
- follow company policies and procedures
- report maintenance problems, safety hazards, and accidents
- welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals
- comply with company policies and safety procedures
