Job Duties
- Clean assigned resident homes and common community areas including cleaning and disinfecting washrooms and floors
- deliver appropriate care of residents' belongings for cleaning, organizing, and storing
- execute timely cleaning duties when a resident is transferred, moved out, or discharged and prepare rooms efficiently for new occupants
- maintain an organized and stocked work cart while ensuring chemicals are properly labeled, stored, and the cart is locked when unattended
- follow cleaning practices for isolation rooms using infection control and isolation guidelines
- initiate requests for supplies and equipment needs to supervisor
- ensure chemicals are labeled and stored correctly
