Job Duties
- clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- restock supplies regularly including paper products, soap, and other essential items
- foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
- maintain cleanliness standards to ensure safety and comfort for all occupants
- report any maintenance or safety issues discovered during cleaning rounds
- assist in organizing cleaning equipment and storage areas
- support team members to fulfill daily operational cleanliness targets
