Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
- restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries towels coffee and other amenities
- inspecting rooms for proper working condition of equipment and furniture and reporting maintenance issues
- maintaining cleanliness of public areas including hallways lounges and restrooms
- adhering to safety standards and proper cleaning procedures
- providing courteous and professional service to guests addressing requests and concerns
- handling laundry services including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
- monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities ensuring timely restocking
- preparing rooms for new guests ensuring hotel standards of cleanliness and comfort
