Job Duties

  • cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms including making beds changing linens dusting vacuuming and sanitizing bathrooms
  • restocking guest room supplies such as toiletries towels coffee and other amenities
  • inspecting rooms for proper working condition of equipment and furniture and reporting maintenance issues
  • maintaining cleanliness of public areas including hallways lounges and restrooms
  • adhering to safety standards and proper cleaning procedures
  • providing courteous and professional service to guests addressing requests and concerns
  • handling laundry services including collecting washing folding and delivering linens and towels
  • monitoring and reporting inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities ensuring timely restocking
  • preparing rooms for new guests ensuring hotel standards of cleanliness and comfort
