Job Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Can-do attitude
- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures
- Ability to work well under pace and pressure
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills
- Desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work varied schedules including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift, clock out as scheduled
- Clock in/out for breaks at designated times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for scheduled shifts

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay
- Use the guests' names whenever possible
- Contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities and amenities
- Support all groups and events at the hotel
- Understand and utilize relevant job-related technology
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly and professional phone etiquette
- Keep all workspaces sparkling clean and well-organized
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests happily with a smile while cleaning
- Complete all operational checklists accurately and timely
- Prepare and restock guest rooms per shift assignment
- Assist with additional cleaning projects as assigned by supervisor
- Wear a clean, approved uniform, be well-groomed and smile at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, willing to exceed traditional role limits
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive workplace
