Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand safety labels and data sheets
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to confidentiality and infection control
- Availability to work AM shifts on a full-time basis
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience desirable
- Ability to understand and follow safety and infection control procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Positive attitude and teamwork orientation
Job Duties
- Clean resident's rooms, common areas, bathrooms, furniture/furnishings according to job policies and procedures
- Follow manufacture procedural guidelines when using tools
- Operate equipment and handling of chemicals
- Must be able to read and understand labeling along with the Safety Data Sheet
- Removal of debris and soiled linen
- Understand and follow proper infection control policies and procedures
- Has access to confidential information/records and maintains confidentiality
- Project a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public
- Must be able to communicate orally and/or in writing with residents, co-workers, families, public
- Additional duties as assigned
