Job Requirements
- must be 18 years old or older
- must have valid driver’s license, working vehicle, and insurance
- able to work flexible shifts
- able to pass background check
- capable of physical tasks required for cleaning
- willing to undergo training and development
- must have own supplies and equipment provided by company
Job Qualifications
- experience in home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, or hotel housekeeping
- good work ethic and a service-oriented attitude
- ability to work flexible shifts
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation with insurance
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
Job Duties
- clean homes thoroughly and efficiently according to company standards
- provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- work flexible shifts as scheduled
- drive to various job sites with use of own insured vehicle
- utilize company-supplied cleaning supplies and equipment
- report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
