- knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- good communication skills
Job Duties
- Cleans all surfaces including furniture, floors, windows, and décor with appropriate method and product
- maintains a safe work environment including proper signage and SDS labels
- empties trash regularly
- deep cleans rooms as necessary
- replenishes custodial and office supplies
- checks rooms for damages or repairs and reports safety hazards
- cleans and maintains custodial equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners
- assists with room preparations for admissions and discharges
- launders linens as necessary
- ensures safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- responds to custodial crises such as spills and broken glass
