Job Requirements
- no previous cleaning experience required
- requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- capability to work without direct supervision
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend during daily activities
- ability to lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
- willingness to work weekends especially Saturdays and Sundays

Job Duties
- maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members
- ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
- perform various hotel cleaning services to maintain rooms according to established standards
- visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs
- assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request
- provide friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
- contribute to a positive work environment for all team members and guests
