Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude, be a team player, and take pride in your work
- A willingness to learn
- Be able to be on your feet all day with light lifting (less than 15 pounds)
- Driver's license preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is an asset but not required
- Ability to learn and follow detailed cleaning procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good physical stamina to be on feet all day and perform light lifting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
Job Duties
- Perform professional housecleaning using The Cleaning Authority's Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Use EPA-approved disinfectants and cleaning supplies safely
- Follow safety protocols including wearing masks and gloves when required
- Provide courteous and professional customer service
- Manage time efficiently to meet scheduled cleaning appointments
- Report any customer concerns or maintenance issues promptly
