Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and strong work ethic
- Good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to engage respectfully with residents and staff daily
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas by scrubbing, mopping, buffing, polishing, dusting, and disinfecting bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Restock supplies including paper products, soap, and other necessary items regularly
- Foster a welcoming environment by engaging respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff daily
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation to ensure a safe environment
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel promptly
- Adhere to company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and safety
- Assist with organizing and managing cleaning equipment and inventory
