Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
- Must demonstrate genuine care for elderly and disabled individuals

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals is a plus
- Dependability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Clean resident and facility areas including bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and common spaces
- Scrub, mop, buff, polish, dust, and disinfect different facility areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and other essentials
- Engage respectfully with residents, visitors, and staff
- Maintain cleanliness standards for health and safety
- Assist in reporting maintenance or repair needs
- Support a welcoming and safe environment for all
