Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a healthcare or similar environment preferred
- ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and infection control guidelines
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- capability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely
- strong organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- maintaining cleanliness within the facility including resident and patient rooms public and resident restrooms and shower and bathing areas
- following policies procedures and infection control guidelines
- completing resident discharges and preparing the room for next admission
- ensuring all areas are properly stocked with items such as soap paper towels and toilet paper
- operating and caring for all housekeeping equipment including vacuums housekeeping carts carpet cleaning machines
- adhering to safety protocols related to housekeeping duties
- reporting any maintenance issues or hazards observed during cleaning
